MyPolicyHub

MyPolicyHub is a health policy research and analysis platform designed to help professionals stay informed about rapidly changing federal healthcare policy. At the time of the project, its growing knowledge base contained more than 30,000 individual policy analysis entries—including legislation, regulations, primers, guidance, and other resources—organized across more than 200 policy topics.

Managing that volume of information across multiple digital properties created a significant publishing challenge. Colorado Digital developed a custom content integration that connected MyPolicyHub's extensive article database with a partner policy analysis website, allowing content to be created and maintained efficiently while supporting distribution across both platforms.

Project Results

Colorado Digital created a custom integration that connected MyPolicyHub's extensive policy database with its partner publishing platform, establishing a more efficient way to manage and distribute a high volume of specialized content.

Rather than maintaining separate versions of the same articles across multiple websites, the integration enabled content to be synchronized between systems, reducing duplicated publishing effort and helping keep information consistent.

The resulting architecture gave MyPolicyHub a scalable foundation for a content library that already contained tens of thousands of individual policy analyses. It allowed the organization to focus more of its effort on researching and publishing timely healthcare policy intelligence while the underlying technology handled the movement and organization of content between platforms.
