Kramer & Jensen, LLC is a Colorado accounting firm providing tax preparation, tax planning, accounting, and business advisory services to individuals and businesses. The firm's existing website was built as a traditional static HTML site and no longer reflected the level of professional, personalized service its clients received.

Colorado Digital redesigned the website to create a more modern and approachable digital presence while making important information and client services easier to access. In addition to improving the site's design and usability, the project addressed a practical part of the firm's day-to-day client experience: simplifying the process for clients to send documents and files to their accounting team.

Project Results

The redesigned website gave Kramer & Jensen a professional digital presence that better reflected the firm's expertise and client-focused approach. Prospective clients gained a clearer view of the firm's services and industry experience, while improved navigation made it easier for existing clients to access frequently used resources.

One of the most practical improvements was the addition of an online file-submission experience, reducing friction in a process that had previously been cumbersome for both clients and staff.
