From Tea to You

From Tea to You was a subscription-based ecommerce business built around making tea purchasing an ongoing online experience rather than a traditional one-time transaction.

Colorado Digital designed and developed a custom ecommerce website to support that business model, combining an approachable consumer-facing design with the functionality needed to sell and manage recurring tea subscriptions online. The project required the shopping experience, subscription process, and underlying ecommerce functionality to work together as a single, straightforward customer journey.

Project Results

Colorado Digital delivered a custom ecommerce platform that allowed From Tea to You to bring its subscription business model online and manage the customer journey from product discovery through purchase.

Rather than adapting a basic informational website to accommodate ecommerce, the experience was built around the way the business actually sold its products. Subscription purchasing and ecommerce functionality were incorporated directly into the site, creating a more seamless experience for customers while giving From Tea to You the digital infrastructure needed to operate its recurring-revenue model online.
