MH Software

MH Software develops connectDaily, an event scheduling and shared resource management platform used by businesses, educational institutions, government organizations, nonprofits, and other organizations with complex scheduling needs.

Colorado Digital partnered with MH Software to modernize an aging web presence while protecting the search visibility and customer traffic the company had built over time. The project combined digital strategy, search engine optimization, user experience design, and website design to more clearly communicate the value of connectDaily, simplify the customer journey, and create a more professional platform for attracting and converting new customers.

Project Results

The redesigned website gave MH Software a more modern and focused marketing presence centered around the value of its connectDaily platform. Complex scheduling and resource management capabilities were reorganized into a clearer customer experience, making it easier for visitors to understand the product, explore available solutions, and take the next step.

The project also created a stronger distinction between company and product messaging while providing pathways for customers ranging from smaller organizations to enterprise users with more advanced scheduling requirements.
