The Insider

The Insider was a health policy intelligence platform developed for Gorman Health Group, a consulting and technology organization specializing in government health programs. The platform was designed to help healthcare professionals keep pace with a constantly changing federal regulatory environment by bringing policy developments, analysis, research, and supporting resources together in one centralized digital experience.

Colorado Digital designed and developed The Insider as more than a traditional content website. The platform provided registered users with access to a large, structured library of healthcare policy information covering topics such as Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, reimbursement, legislation, regulatory guidance, and Congressional Research Service reports.

Create a professional digital platform for Gorman Health Group's extensive healthcare policy research and analysis.

Organize information across hundreds of healthcare topics, programs, document types, and policy categories.
Provide secure registration, authentication, and access to protected member-only content.
Integrate The Insider with the underlying PolicyHub content system so policy information could be shared and synchronized efficiently.
Surface timely regulatory developments, expert analysis, research documents, and upcoming policy events in one location.
Create a responsive, intuitive experience for professionals who needed to quickly locate highly specific healthcare policy information.
Support ongoing communications through integrated email and content-distribution workflows.

Project Results

Colorado Digital delivered a specialized policy intelligence platform that turned a large and continually evolving collection of healthcare information into a structured, searchable digital resource.

Rather than requiring Gorman Health Group to manage the same information independently across multiple systems, The Insider was connected with the PolicyHub content infrastructure, allowing policy articles and related information to flow between platforms more efficiently. Users could then explore healthcare policy by topic, program, source, and document type while accessing protected analysis through a registered member experience.

The resulting platform combined content management, database architecture, user authentication, search, and systems integration into a single application designed for a highly specialized professional audience. It gave Gorman Health Group a scalable way to distribute its policy expertise while making a complex body of regulatory information significantly easier for its clients and members to navigate.
